This past week was stressful and was leading up to an even more stressful couple of weeks and unfortunately it got to me. We have to drive up to Kentucky at the end of the week and I’m not quite sure how long we’ll be gone.
Even though it’s only Monday I’ve, thankfully, already gotten back on track. I joined another challenge to exercise 5x a week for 30 min a day. It started today and I was done with my 30 minutes before 2PM. I still need about 5,000 steps to get to my goal today. But I also did my plank right after and I did my longest plank so far!
And my food choices are already better. See, I ate a spinach wrap from Publix. Less bread, better decision

Went over on calories at least 4 days, didn’t eat as much fruits and vegetables as I need. I ate more sweets than I have all year in the last few days (okay, that is a bit of a stretch.)
57/56 ounces. Yay!! I did it!! Water is an easy one for me, I think I need to up my goal soon.
I gained two pounds, however I’m ready to tackle this week.
A new week has begun.
